Rada Rada operates on a pre-order basis. Pre-ordering helps to reduce waste. 

While not producing anything would be the most sustainable option, we like to create pieces that are limited, original and made to high quality standards by factories that we trust.

 

SHIPPING FEES, TAXES AND INTERNATIONAL DUTIES

All relevant shipping fees, (unless in a specified promotion) are a cost to the customer, as are import taxes and duties that will be charged at the time the Product is ready for shipment. Shipping fees are charged at the time of purchase, import taxes and duties will be charged at the time of shipment/delivery. The costs of shipping, any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable. International orders will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and could potentially incur duties, fees and import taxes prior to, or upon delivery. The product prices displayed are inclusive of VAT. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. These payments must be fulfilled in order for your order to be released from customs.

Returns will not be accepted based on the Customer not knowing there would be a Duty or Import charge.

RETURNS

RADA RADA has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to ship it back to us for a refund or exchange. In order to initiate a return please email our customer services with your order number as a reference. Our customer service representative will get in touch with you to proceed - you can either return the item and get a refund or request an exchange of size. We cannot guarantee the availability of sizes when you request an exchange as we are a pre order brand. Shipping costs, including duty or import charges are not refundable. International returns are the responsibility of the customer. For added safety, please insure all packages are sent with a tracking number as we can't refund or exchange the item if it is not received. RADA RADA reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. If you have any questions please contact our Customer Service Team.

RETURN POLICY

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label.
  • Items must be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
  • Items must have their original tags and packaging.
  • Please recycle and use the RADA RADA packaging to return your items, unless if it has arrived at the shipping address damaged. We endeavour to ship the item in the best, safest way, please return items with the same care.

YOUR ORDER

Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail containing your order details and tracking number. The order confirmation acts as an invoice including all relevant details. If you notice any errors on your order confirmation please contact us so we can modify your order.

Modifying or Cancelling Your Order

For in-season items, we do not accept modification of the order. For pre-order items, you may cancel your order within 24h of placing it. To modify your order (shipping address, phone number, recipient name, etc.) you must contact customer service with your order number and the desired change. You have 24h to e-mail us if you would like to make any modifications (as above mentioned, or other - size, colour, etc.). After 24h, orders cannot be canceled unless the shipment is unavoidably delayed.
